At Watch Out employment agency, we operate in various sectors, from greenhouse agriculture to logistics. We focus on finding the perfect match between clients and employees.

We usually schedule individuals within 3 working days (excluding the arrival day). Sometimes it may take a little longer, but we always strive to find work as quickly as possible.

The first payment is made after 2 weeks of work. Subsequently, all payments are made weekly, on Wednesdays. If you have an account in a Polish bank, the transfer may appear in your account the next day.

Yes, you can receive the first advance after 3 days of work. The administration processes transfers only on Wednesdays. Requests for an advance must be sent to the email address [email protected] no later than Monday. We will include a document that needs to be signed by Wednesday (by 8:00 am). Otherwise, it will not be possible to arrange the advance payment.

To work legally in the Netherlands, a BSN number is required. You can start working without a BSN number, but you will be taxed at a higher rate (52%). After obtaining a BSN number, Watch Out will adjust your salary accordingly. If you leave without this number, you can apply for a refund of the overpaid tax from the tax authorities as part of the annual tax return. If you do not yet have a BSN number, Watch Out will arrange an appointment for you with the municipality to obtain it.

Visits are arranged as soon as possible so that the number is registered in the system before the first payment.

General information and compensation

Enter your hours accurately and daily in the Plan4Flex application. You can adjust your working hours up to 48 hours after the end of the working day.

Registration with the municipality takes place within 3 months of the employee's arrival.

The driver can use the car for personal purposes, only up to 9 km per week. This can only be done immediately after work. There is no possibility to use the car for personal purposes on weekends.
Accommodation and equipment

There is always such a possibility. We care about the well-being of our employees. If they do not feel comfortable in their current accommodation, we look for other options that are comfortable for both parties.

Guests from outside our company can stay in the company apartment/house after obtaining permission. Send an email to [email protected] with the guest's name, how long they will be staying in our apartment/house, and whether roommates have any objections. After providing this information, the message will be forwarded to your supervisor, and you will receive a response.

Waste should be sorted, and containers should be placed out on the appropriate day and location for collection. You will find the emptying schedule at home. If the amount of waste is too large for the available containers, you can contact us at [email protected]. Never place waste outside next to the containers.

Every person living and working in the Netherlands must have a Citizen Service Number (BSN). This personal number, also known as SOFI, is assigned by the municipality. Watch Out will make arrangements with the municipality where you will be living to obtain your BSN number shortly after arriving in the Netherlands.

Watch Out agency provides all necessary items. The only things you need to bring are a duvet, pillows, toiletries, and other personal items.
